FlyAudio Stands Out in 2010 CES, Las Vegas
DATE:13-Jan-2010
More than 2,500 technology companies introduced more than 20,000 new products this week at the 2010 International CES®, kicking off the next decade of technology innovation. With a record 330 new exhibitors, major technology trends unveiled on the 2010 CES show floor included 3D TV, mobile DTV, connected TV, green technologies, tablets and apps, connected TVs, embedded internet technologies and green technology.

2010 CES show was an international event for FlyAudio and many of its competitors to showcase their latest products. It was also a great opportunity for all related manufacturers, distributors and retailers to see, feel and compare FlyAudio products with those made by other manufactures. For those who were looking for high quality, factory-look products that targeted higher end markets, FlyAudio clearly became the best solution.

The 8000 Golden Collection that FlyAudio proudly presented drew rapt attention due to its feature-loaded design. The first thing people noticed was its golden copper plated chassis. However, its advantages does not stop at the looks. It is loaded with two Samsung CPUs, making the switch between DVD playing and navigation extremely fast and stable. It is also equipped with a DVD loader made by DVS, integrated with DSP and it has a nine-band equalizer.

The new 7500 series also got a fair share of interest with its superior quality despite its simple design. The crystal clear and bright LCD is also made by Sharp, one of the major sponsors of this 2010 CES show. The true HD map also set FlyAudio apart from loads of its counterparts, which simply displayed low definition graphics stretched to fill a 7' LCD. What ran beyond most people ' s expectation was the upgradable design. With just one micro SD card, a user can easily upgrade the unit without the need of going through a laptop or computer. The visitor ' s experience at FlyAudio booth was usually concluded with a pleasant surprise that FlyAudio products were fully compatible with each specific car model, even the steering wheel control, in spite of their low prices. Plus we have the biggest selection of models, with over 90 models to choose from.

With the solid technology and the enormous production capability it demonstrated, FlyAudio received much attention from various companies all over the world, including a German company who showed strong interest in having FlyAudio being their OEM for a Mercedes model in Europe, an Australian in-vehicle computer maker who wanted us to be their manufacturer of the face plates and chassis, even though we did not advertise FlyAudio as a manufacturer of such products.

A major portion of the north hall of this CES show was dedicated to in-vehicle technology. Many retailers and installers, even end users, told us that a cheap navigation unit usually did not match the taste of high-end car owners, and most car owners would not be satisfied with a universal model. It is evident that in-car multimedia and navigation system has become a trend. When they heard that FlyAudio had a solution for over 90 models, everyone was thrilled and eager to have an opportunity to work further with FlyAudio. There is no doubt that 2010 is going to be a year of huge success and opportunities for FlyAudio and its friends.

At show close, preliminary registration figures indicate more than 120,000 industry professionals attended the 2010 International CES, up from the 2009 CES which hosted 113,085 verified attendees. International attendance also increased over the 2009 CES by more than 1,000 attendees. More than 5,000 reporters, analysts and bloggers attended the show, generating significant global media coverage of the 2010 CES. CEA conducts an independent audit of International CES attendance and the final verified figures will be released in the spring.
