  • Thank you for selecting FLYAUDIO Car entertainment and GPS navigation. To make sure every product is to good to customers, we have various function tests and burn-in test before on sales. Every test procedure comply with TUV、CE、CCC international standards etc. and relevant certificate.
    Every FLYAUDIO'S customer can share the free service within 12 months since the day you bought the unit.
    Free guarantee services requirement
    1.  Suitable for the products having function problem under normal operation within 12 months since the day you bought it;
    2.  Damage not by human, not repaired or un-assembled personally;
    3.  Having a valid purchasing certificate (invoice and receipt) and guaranteed card;
    Free guarantee services notes
    1.  Notes: change-product must send back to the place where you buy it ,such as: FLYAUDIO customers service centre or the repair centre authorized by FLYAUDIO Corporation.
    2.  Change-product must be tested by technician to make sure whether it is suitable for change, and make explaination to customers.
    3.  Guarantee is just for mechanical and electronic function parts exclude the appearance damage.
    4.  After guarantee, if the free guarantee deadline is less than six months, it will extend six months free guarantee service. If the free guarantee deadline is more than six months, will share the original rested deadline.
    5.  Without extra specification, special-price product and old type upgrading product don't share the free guarantee service.
    Conditions as follow exclude free guarantee service
    1.  Damage by human with wrong operation;
    2.  Use in not allowed environment or condition such as: power, environment temperature, humidity, lighting strike to damage the equipment;
    3.  Damaged by inevitable factor such as ; natural disaster, accident etc;
    4.  We will draw in some fee if the products with some damage or smear on the head unit;
    5.  Damaged by repair or installation personally without permission by FLYAUDIO Corporation;
    6.  Product-purchasing over 12 months since the buying day

    FLYAUDIO supplies repaired service for life;
    All terms above do not trouble you to enjoy the consumer right.
